The authors should be careful that they send the PDF report that they receive directly from the similarity check systems along with the article submission to the quarterly. In order to prevent plagiarism, similarity check software is used in this quarterly journal, and the editor is responsible for deciding and accepting articles and sending them to reviewers. The authors are required to submit an authenticity report of their manuscript with a 20% maximum similarity (Samimnoor system or other similarity check systems).
