بررسی خدمات توسعه گردشگری و ارائه راهبردهای مطلوب در مناطق روستایی (موردمطالعه: شهرستان دزپارت-روستای شیوند)

چکیده

توسعه گردشگری در مناطق روستایی، منوط به شاخص‌های مختلف از جمله خدمات است. در واقع خدمات از مهم‌ترین نیازهای ضروری جهت جذب گردشگری و در ادامه ماندگاری آن در مناطق روستایی است؛ بنابراین برخورداری روستاها از خدمات مختلف برای توسعه گردشگری غیرقابل‌انکار است. در این پژوهش هدف بررسی وضعیت خدمات توسعه گردشگری در مناطق روستایی هدف و سپس تدوین راهبردهای مطلوب در این زمینه است. در این مطالعه، روستای شیوند در شهرستان دزپارت استان خوزستان به عنوان یک روستای هدف گردشگری انتخاب‌شده است. روش تحقیق، توصیفی-تحلیلی و مبتنی بر داده‌های پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق را گردشگران تشکیل داده‌اند که تعداد 160 نفر به صورت تصادفی پرسشگری شدند. روایی پرسش‌نامه از طریق نخبگان تأیید و پایایی نیز با ضریب کرونباخ برابر با 0/802 تأیید شد. نتیجه نشان داد که انواع خدمات گردشگری از لحاظ کمی و کیفی در سطح کمتر از 0/05 معنادار بوده‌اند. از لحاظ کمی، میانگین آزمون برابر با 3/128 بوده که در نتیجه، وضعیت کمی خدمات متوسط ارزیابی‌شده است. در این زمینه خدمات مربوط به بازدید از جاذبه‌ها با میانگین 4/437 از بهترین وضعیت برخوردار است. از لحاظ کیفیت خدمات نیز، میانگین برابر با 2/245 تائید می‌نماید که کیفیت خدمات گردشگری، ضعیف ارزیابی‌شده است. در راستای بهبود کمی و کیفی خدمات گردشگری 4 راهبرد شامل گسترش کیفی خدمات (37/059)، بهبود سرمایه اجتماعی (25/374)، حفاظت و بهبود کیفیت محیط (9/524) و تأکید بر ظرفیت بومی (7/959) ارائه‌شده است.

چکیده [English]

The development of tourism in rural areas depends on various indicators including services. In fact, services are one of the most important needs to attract tourism and continue its sustainability in rural areas. Therefore, it is undeniable that villages have various services for the development of tourism. In this research, the aim is to investigate the state of tourism development services in the target rural areas and then formulate the optimal strategies in this field. In this study, Shayvand village in Dezpart county of Khuzestan province has been selected as a target village for tourism. The research method is descriptive-analytical and based on survey data. The statistical population of the research is made up of tourists, 160 of whom were randomly questioned. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed through elites and the reliability was also confirmed with Cronbach's coefficient equal to 0.802. The result showed that the types of tourism services were quantitatively and qualitatively significant at the level of less than 0.05. Quantitatively, the average of the test was equal to 3.128, and as a result, the quantitative status of the service was evaluated as average. In this field, the services related to visiting attractions have the best status with an average of 4.437. In terms of service quality, the average equal to 2.245 confirms that the quality of tourism services is evaluated poorly. In order to improve the quality and quantity of tourism services, 4 strategies are presented, including expanding the quality of services (37.059), improving social capital (25.374), protecting and improving the quality of the environment (9.524) and emphasizing local capacity (7.959) has been.
